Shipping & Payment Info

1) Most orders will be shipped within 5 to 8 days after your payment is confirmed.
2) Most orders in the USA, Canada, Australia and Europe are delivered within 10-20 business days. (Except holiday seasons such as Christmas)
3) Please note that business days are Monday through Friday. Shipping times don’t include processing times. The processing time will depend on the quantity.
4)To ensure smooth delivery, please confirm your mailing address and contact details before you submit your order. For your easy reference, we also provide tracking numbers. It will be sent in 1-4 days after your item is shipped.
5) Please ensure that the name and address are 100% correct to avoid any returns. This includes adding Apt #, Suite #, Postal #, etc.
